Richelieu of New York and Johnny Powers team up.

Richelieu Le Duc Plessis, of New York City previously of the Carolinas, last year was introduced through Bob Spira, the Wall Street icon through Johnny Powers of Canada, a 40 year friend. Richelieu, who is known internationally as a famous event set designer going as far back as his historic coronation event setting for the Shah of Iran, which cost over $60 million dollars. This coronation may have been the all-time, most lavish coming out, of any head of state, and anybody who is anybody came to this event. Richelieu’s client list reads like a who’s who of the rich and famous over many decades. From the Kennedy Clan, including matriarch Rose Kennedy and JFK’s first Lady Jacqueline, to the creme de la creme of Europe. He has created total settings of glitz and glitter that may be never duplicated again.

Johnny Powers, iconic international event promoter extraordinaire, who has always searched out the best of breed of creative geniuses, has once again found the best in Richelieu of NYC to team up with. JP, as he’s known, likes on a event by event, to bring together creative teams, is now working with Richelieu of New York City to bring a series of JPP Live events to life with the Richelieu magic touch.
